This is an independent guide to one part of using Superbuy. It is written and maintained by the editors of this site, who also keep the product catalogue these pages link out to.
We are a partner of the agent we write about, which means we send readers its way and are paid when those readers order. That is the reason this site exists and you should weigh what you read here accordingly. It is stated here rather than buried in a footer.
We are not Superbuy. We hold no stock, take no payment for goods, and cannot see, change or refund your orders. If you have an order number, nothing on this site can help you and the agent after-sales route is the only one that will.

Four, and they are the reason some pages are shorter than you might expect.
Every figure names its source and its date
If a price appears here, the article it came from and the day it was read appear with it. A number without both is a number you cannot check once it goes stale.
We do not quote shipping costs
Freight depends on a box that does not exist yet, a route you have not chosen and a destination we do not know. Inventing one would be the most-read wrong thing on the site.
We separate the agent words from ours
What Superbuy states, what we think it means for a haul, and what we recommend are kept visibly apart, and the recommendations are marked as ours.
We re-read on a schedule
Packing prices, the storage window and the restriction lists carry the shortest expiry in our maintenance file, because they are the ones that move.
Corrections, and how to get one made
If a price here is wrong, it is wrong in a way that costs somebody money, so corrections get priority over everything else on the backlog. Email the editor with the page and the figure and it will be checked against the agent’s own article the same week.
If you hold rights in an image used on this site and want it removed, the same address works and no argument is required.
Who the agent is, as a matter of record
We are an independent guide, so the most useful thing we can do about identity is point at the agent’s own page and tell you which parts of it are checkable. These four are.
